Your Role:

As a Social Worker in the Safeguarding team, you will:

• Hold and manage a varied caseload, ensuring children's safety and well-being are prioritised.
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and deliver interventions to protect and support children and families.
• Collaborate with multi-agency professionals to achieve the best outcomes for children.
• Ensure the voice of the child is at the heart of decision-making and planning.
• Commit to anti-discriminatory and anti-oppressive practice.

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified and registered Social Worker with Social Work England.
• Significant post-qualification experience in safeguarding and child protection.
• Strong risk assessment, planning, and intervention skills.
• A reflective and resilient approach to managing complex cases.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
