Your Role:
As a Social Worker in the Safeguarding team, you will:
- Hold and manage a varied caseload, ensuring children's safety and well-being are prioritised.
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and deliver interventions to protect and support children and families.
- Collaborate with multi-agency professionals to achieve the best outcomes for children.
- Ensure the voice of the child is at the heart of decision-making and planning.
- Commit to anti-discriminatory and anti-oppressive practice.
What We're Looking For:
- A qualified and registered Social Worker with Social Work England.
- Significant post-qualification experience in safeguarding and child protection.
- Strong risk assessment, planning, and intervention skills.
- A reflective and resilient approach to managing complex cases.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
