Responsibilities:
- Assessing and supporting families through some of the most complex times of their lives
- Understanding risk and working with a variety of agencies to safeguard children during times of need
- Managing a mixture of casework associated with children in need and child protection Undertaking court proceedings, supported by your practice development manager and team manager as required.
To be considered for the Social Worker role, ideally you will have:
- Have 2-5 plus years' experience of working within a similar social work setting
- SWE registered
- Sc Social Work or equivalent
- Be able to manage a full and complex caseload
- Be child-focused and able to implement relationship-based and systemic-based practices Work well individually and within a team
