We have an exciting Locum Social Worker opportunity based within dedicated Short Term Review Team based in the Blackburn, Lancashire area. The posts will be located within three of the local authorities neighbourhood teams.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of complex cases, including assessing and establishing needs and identifying options / solutions or signposting to other services.
- This role includes completing short term care reviews following discharge to assess placements, this role will include completing reviews, capacity assessments, best interest decisions, supporting people to return home in a safe and timely manner.
To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar social work setting.
- Diploma/Degree in Social Work.
- Registered with Social Work England.
