Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join Oldham Council's Complex Safeguarding Hub as Team Manager. This is a full time role offering £42 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a busy team of social workers to deliver effective services within the Complex Safeguarding Hub.
- Responsible for the management, supervision, and professional development of the members of your team and ensuring that children and young people's needs are met through quality interventions.
- Committed to systemic practice, with a focus on building relationships with children and families and reflective learning, both within families and as a Service.
Requirements:
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Current registration with Social Work England
- Enhanced DBS
