If so, Randstad are recruiting for an Advanced Practitioner to join Blackburn Council's Court Team. This is a full-time role, offering upto £40 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment & Reporting: Conduct thorough assessments of children's needs and circumstances, and prepare detailed reports for court proceedings.
- Court Proceedings: Represent the organization in court, presenting evidence and providing expert testimony as required.
- Collaboration: Work closely with legal professionals, family members, and other agencies to coordinate and implement care plans.
- Support & Advocacy: Advocate for the best interests of children and provide support to families throughout the legal process.
Requirements:
- Social Work England registered
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS
