If so, Randstad are recruiting for a Team Manager to join Blackburn Council's Leaving Care Team. This is a full-time role offering upto £46 hourly.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and support to young people in care, helping them develop skills for independent living.
Conduct assessments and create personalised care plans that address individual needs.
Advocate for young people's rights and ensure they have access to essential services and resources.
Collaborate with local authorities, educational institutions, and community organisations to promote positive outcomes.
Facilitate life skills workshops and support networks to empower young people.

Requirements:

Social Work England registered
Social Work Degree or equivalent
Enhanced DBS

Experience:

Children Social Work
