If so, Randstad are recruiting for a Social Worker to join Blackpool Council's Born into Care Team. This is a full-time role offering upto £41 hourly.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop care plans tailored to individual needs.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, educators, and family support services.
Support children and families through transitions and challenges, providing emotional and practical assistance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with legal and organizational requirements.
Advocate for the rights and needs of children in care, ensuring their voices are heard.

Requirements:

Social Work England registered
Social Work Degree or equivalent
Enhanced DBS

Experience:

Children Social Work
