Your Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the operational delivery of an effective Vulnerable People Service.
- Manage a complex caseload, delivering high-quality assessments and support plans.
- Commission individual packages of care that address the needs of vulnerable people while maintaining the council's reputation.
- Undertake work within legislative frameworks and manage complex cases, including risk assessment and management.
- Apply critical knowledge of various theories and models for social work intervention.
- Oversee the teaching and assessment of social work students during practice learning placements.
- Provide evidence in court related to care proceedings.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent.
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Enhanced DBS check.
Experience:
- Proven experience working with adults.
