Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective services as part of a team dedicated to safeguarding and improving outcomes for vulnerable adults.
- Manage a complex caseload, providing high-quality assessments and support plans.
- Commission individual packages of care to address the needs of vulnerable adults.
- Navigate and apply relevant legislative frameworks.
- Handle complex cases, including risk assessment and management.
- Apply critical knowledge of various social work theories and intervention models.
- Oversee the teaching and assessment of social work students during practice placements.
- Provide evidence in court related to care proceedings.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Social Work Degree or equivalent.
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Enhanced DBS clearance.
- Relevant experience working with adults.
