If so, Randstad are recruiting for a Social Worker to join one of the local authorities in North Yorkshire for Pathways Teams. This is a permanent role with a super competitive salary.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs, strengths, and risks. Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each child's unique situation.
Case Management: Provide ongoing support and case management to children and families, ensuring that they receive appropriate services and resources.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other professionals, including educators, healthcare providers, and legal representatives, to coordinate services and support for children and families.
Advocacy: Advocate for children's rights and best interests, ensuring they have access to necessary services and opportunities.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, documenting all interactions, assessments, and progress.
Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and intervention in crisis situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of children.

Requirements:

Social Work England registered
Social Work Degree or equivalent
Enhanced DBS

Experience:

Childrens Social Work
