Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join Rochdale Council's Preparing For Adulthood, Learning Disability and Autism Team. This is a full time role, offering £30 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Support planning, mental capacity assessments, safeguarding.
- Requirement to participate in duty rota.
- Attendance at EHCP reviews.
- Our team is at the heart of our adult care service, delivering and reviewing innovative services for our residents, helping to reduce health inequalities, enhance life and support independent living. We work across friendly, dynamic teams alongside our district nurse colleagues with a focus on partnership working to achieve best practice and desired outcomes for our residents. We take pride in everything we do to ensure our services continue to be of an excellent and high quality standard.
- You will be an effective multi-tasker with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
- You will be motivated and forward thinking, who can demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm
- You will be a team player
- You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You will have excellent ICT skills and be able to use a range of packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- You will have a real attention to detail and be able to maintain accurate and detailed records using both manual and electronic systems.
Requirements:
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Current registration with Social Work England
- Enhanced DBS
Experience:
- Adults.
