Randstad are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join Sefton Council's Court team. This is a full time role offering an amazing pay rate of £35- £45 per hour, DOE.

Responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring that the best interests of individuals and families are represented during court proceedings.
- Your commitment to social justice will help achieve positive outcomes for those involved.
- Conducting assessments, gathering evidence, and preparing reports that inform court decisions.
- Collaborate closely with legal professionals, including solicitors and barristers, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of each case.
- You will provide invaluable support to individuals and families, helping them navigate the complex emotions and challenges that arise throughout the legal process.
- Work alongside a supportive and experienced team, where your skills and insights will be valued.
- Advocate for the rights, needs, and well-being of individuals and families, ensuring their voices are heard and their perspectives are considered in court proceedings.
Requirements:
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Social Work England Registration
- Enhanced DBS
