Randstad is currently recruiting on behalf of Trafford Council for a passionate and skilled Children's Social Worker to join their Cared for Children and Care Experienced Young People Team. Your Role:
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children in care and care leavers
- Develop and deliver innovative, tailored care and pathway plans
- Work closely with families, carers, and partner agencies
- Empower young people to reach their full potential
- Be their advocate-ensuring their voice is heard and respected at every step
Requirements:
- Registered with Social Work England
- A Social Work Degree (or equivalent)
- Enhanced DBS
- Proven experience in Children's Social Work
