Position: Qualified Social Worker Location: Wigan Council's Children with Disabilities Team Type: Full-time Pay: Up to £38 per hour (DOE)

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide support to children and young people with severe and profound disabilities and their families.
- Undertake the full spectrum of social work roles and tasks, including assessments, managing CiN Plans, CP Plans, and supporting children in care.
- Assist care leavers and support transitions to adult services.
- Collaborate closely with other services and professionals to deliver comprehensive support.
- Embrace a strengths-based, partnership approach to social work, prioritising relationship-building with children and families.
- Manage a diverse caseload effectively.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent.
- Enhanced DBS check.
- Registration with Social Work England.
Experience:
- Proven experience working with children.
