Position: Qualified Children's Social Worker

Hours: Full-time
Pay Rate: £41 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with individuals, families, carers, and communities, as well as local multi-agency organisations, to contribute to service planning and evaluate the outcomes of support and safeguarding plans.

- Provide information and support to help people, groups, and communities access universal services.
- Stay critically aware of current issues and best practices based on evidence.
- Balance needs and risks with rights and choices, promoting positive outcomes for individuals, families, and carers.
- Accurately record and critically analyse information.
- Conduct social work with families to reduce the need for care or accommodation and perform a range of community care and safeguarding assessments in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Maintain and update case notes.
- Provide evidence in court related to care proceedings or other court matters when required.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, carers, and other professionals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Social Work Degree or equivalent.
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Enhanced DBS clearance.
- Relevant experience working with children.
