Key Responsibilities:

• To perform inspection tasks in accordance to standard documented processes, delivering a consistently high quality output in line with local area requirements
• Performing inspections upon all product types at end of line, in 'customer's view'
• Raise defect reports for engines that fail inspection within Internal Defect Database
• Responsible and accountable for following standard processes to maintain a high-quality standard and
• ensuring zero defects are passed on to downstream customers
• Ability to work across a variety of produces and take action to resolve basic quality issues
• Visual awareness and identification of defective components & assemblies
• Responsible for highlighting all out of control situations to local team lead/section manger
• Able to suggest improvements to standard work
• Use 5s and maintain good housekeeping within working environment
• Adhering to standard work processes always ensuring safety and quality

Key Requirements:

• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Flexibility to support achievement of local goals
• Excellent timekeeping and attendance record
• Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload to ensure optimum throughput
• PC Skills required - MS Office
• Experience on Quality Gates
