We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Maidstone. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a smaller project while also assisting the wider team with tender packs, detailed cost analysis, and subcontractor payments. Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of quantity surveying on a designated project, ensuring costs are controlled and value is maximized.

• Assisting with the preparation and management of tender documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

• Conducting detailed cost analysis to support project delivery and financial reporting.

• Processing and managing subcontractor payments, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and project budgets.

• Collaborating with the wider commercial team to support business objectives and project requirements.

• Engaging with customer care to ensure high standards of service and satisfaction are maintained.

• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and advising on potential financial risks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within a main contracting background.

• Strong knowledge of tender processes, cost control, and financial reporting.

• Experience working with customer care, demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to analyze complex data and provide accurate reports and recommendations.

• Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen.

• Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.

• A relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field is desirable.
