We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established regional contractor to join their specialist residential development and contracting division.
The company are an established contractor working across the south coast on a range of commercial schemes and turnover £60 million a year.They have secured several new schemes starting early 2025 and have secured turnover through til 2027.
The target pportunities across Dorset, Hampshire and West Sussex and have recently been awarded a contract approx £14 million to build a new industrial development in Portsmouth consisting of steel framed distribution units and smaller office buildings.
You will be required to work with the estimating and development teams, assist with cost planning and forecasting before procuring and appointing subcontractors. You will then be responsible for the standard site duties of a QS including package management, payments, valuations, running the variation account, remeasures, forecasting, reporting and CVR's.
