What You'll Do:
Process Returned Products: Handle incoming returned products, ensuring accurate logging and compliance with company procedures. This is not a customer service role-you will not be handling customer calls.
Maintain Accurate Records: Use internal systems to track returned products, ensuring precise data entry to support operational efficiency.
Support Process Improvements: Assist in implementing new and enhanced processes to improve efficiency and workflow within the receiving department.
Collaborate with Team Members: Communicate effectively with colleagues across departments to meet team objectives.
Stay Informed: Keep up to date with new product developments and ensure readiness for product launches.
Identify Trends: Monitor patterns in returned products and report observations to management for further analysis.
Key Details:
Pay Rate: £13.62 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (7 AM - 7 PM)
Location: Witney, OX29

What We're Looking For:
Basic IT Skills: Ability to navigate and use computer systems efficiently.
Strong Communication: Clear and professional communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow established procedures and accurately document information.
Qualifications: Completion of secondary education (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
Additional Requirements:
Experience (Preferred but Not Required): Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), laboratory best practices, problem-solving, or root cause analysis is a plus.
Reference Checks: A full five-year referencing history (employment or alternative activities) will be required.
Work Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
