We are seeking a professional and welcoming Front of House Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our law firm. You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression, managing client interactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
- Schedule and manage meeting room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role (preferably in a law firm or professional services).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A professional and polished demeanour.
