Update and maintain recruitment applicant tracking system (JobVite and others)
ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate.
Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally with candidates.
Delivering a great recruiting experience for all candidates.
Working collaboratively with Hiring Managers and Recruiters on cross-
functional teams globally.
Performing administrative duties to support the Candidate Experience, Recruiters and Recruiting team.
Additional Talent project work as required
Minute taking/compiling forms for briefings
Skills/Requirements:
Experienced as a Recruitment Coordinator
Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethic
Excellent communicator- verbal and written
High collaboration & team orientated
Have data analytical skills
Passion for Internal Talent/Recruitment
The successful candidate will be an experienced, resilient internal recruiter with a desire to enhance recruitment skillset.
