We are working with Cardiff to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to join the local authority on an agency basis to oversee an established Children Home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and management to ensure the home meets all regulatory standards, delivering excellent care to children and young people
- Oversee placements of up to 12 weeks, working to understand the needs of each child and secure appropriate long-term pathways or placements
- Uphold the requirements of The Regulated Service Regulations
- Act as a driving force in the service development, implementing positive changes to improve the outcomes for young people
