Your primary role is to manage the day to day operations in the home and taking ownership of Ofsted requirements.
Incorporating:
- Safety and health - ensure the home has all health and safety measures are in place
- Staff management - recruit, train, and develop staff, and ensure they are supervised regularly
- Compliance - ensure the home complies with local authorities and Ofsted's quality standards
- Documentation - ensure all required documentation is completed and available for inspections
- Person-centered plans - ensure each child has a detailed plan that is regularly reviewed and updated
- Communication - work closely with other managers to promote teamwork and ensure continuity

You will need:
- experience managing an Ofsted rated childrens home
- a passion to make a difference
- a Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
- a full UK driving licence
