Relationship Support Executive

We're seeking a highly motivated and organised Relationship Support Executive to join our client's team in Northampton. This role is the first point of contact for customers without a dedicated account manager, offering comprehensive support and contributing significantly to client growth and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be ideally degree educated and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide seamless onboarding support for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive initial experience.
- Handle diverse customer queries efficiently and effectively, resolving issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Support sales teams through administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, creating marketing collateral (e.g., brochures), and managing key client relationships.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients across Mid Corporate and Large Corporate segments.
- Manage customer information meticulously, tracking interactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with various internal departments (operations, legal, compliance) to streamline sales processes and ensure timely delivery.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, monitor performance, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads, target markets, and competitive intelligence.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency to prevent customer problems.
- Handle customer complaints effectively, either directly or by escalating to the appropriate department.
- Perform all tasks in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining consistently high standards and driving continuous improvement.
- Adhere to all relevant rules, regulations, and codes of conduct.
Skills and Experience:
- Ideally degree educated.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing or support role (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
