- Utilise diverse teaching strategies and resources to meet the varied learning needs of students.
- Regularly assess student performance, providing insightful feedback to guide their academic and personal growth.
- Work collaboratively with the R.E. department and other faculty members to enhance the overall curriculum and incorporate interdisciplinary approaches.
- Lead and participate in school-wide religious and cultural events, enhancing students' experiential learning.
📚 Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Religious Studies, Theology, Philosophy, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience teaching Religious Studies at the secondary school level.
- In-depth knowledge of major world religions, ethical principles, and philosophical thought.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a dedication to fostering an inclusive and respectful classroom culture.
