Randstad are looking for a Repairs and Voids Manager to work in Welwyn Garden City.
Role: Repair and Voids manager
Location: Welwyn Garden City, min of at least 1 day in the office
Hours: 37 hours (12 week contract)
Pay Grade: £23.77-£25
Requirements:
- Professional / technical qualification in a relevant discipline or experience of working in a similar role.
- HND Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other technical / engineering discipline, NEBOSH.
- Understanding of statutory regulations relating to engineering, construction / buildings. * Broad understanding of different forms of contract.
- Conversant with Asbestos, Fire Safety and Health & Safety regulations and codes of practice.
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment with a good understanding of client customer care.
- You will to have a full UK driving license & access to your own vehicle.
