We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join a leading property services provider. As a key member you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional customer service and improving residents' experiences.
The Role: As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be the main point of contact for residents, ensuring that their concerns and needs are addressed promptly and professionally. You'll work closely with residents, scheme managers, and other teams to deliver high-quality service, resolve complaints, and organise consultations and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend Resident Surgeries and assist vulnerable residents with repairs, providing updates on progress
- Organise consultation events and attend meetings as required
- Identify and record vulnerabilities, liaising with housing officers or support services where necessary
- Investigate complaints, including MP and Councillor inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions
- Work with the Performance Team to ensure accurate documentation of vulnerabilities
Key Requirements:
- Experience working with vulnerable residents and adapting communication to individual needs
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Full clean driving license
- Flexibility to travel to various sites and attend evening meetings
