Randstad is seeking experienced Residential Support Workers to join our Children's Services team in Edinburgh. You will work across various settings, providing vital support to children facing social, emotional, behavioral difficulties, or disabilities.
Earn up to £20 per hour!

Responsibilities of a Child Residential Support Worker:
- Collaborate effectively as part of a child support team
- Adapt quickly and efficiently to new roles
- Provide 24-hour care to vulnerable young people
- Support service users with early trauma and emotional/behavioral challenges
- Accompany service users on outings in the community and to school
- Maintain professional boundaries at all times
- Adhere to National Care Standards and maintain a professional demeanor
- Work a flexible schedule, including night shifts, weekends, bank holidays, and the Christmas period
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a residential setting with young people
- Flexibility in undertaking various roles
- Strong communication skills
- Registration under the PVG scheme
- Full driving license
- SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (desirable)
