Responsibilities:

Providing care, guidance, and emotional support to children and young people.
Encouraging independence and helping them develop essential life skills.
Assisting with daily routines, including meals, education, and recreational activities.
Supporting children through challenges with empathy and patience.
Maintaining a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.

What We're Looking For:

A caring, resilient, and compassionate individual who thrives in child support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm for working with children and young people, helping them overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.

Paid experience in child care for at least 6 months in the UK.
