About the Role:

We are seeking Band 5 Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to work flexible shifts across all wards in hospitals throughout North Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity for nurses looking for control over their schedule, offering a variety of shifts in medical general, surgical, A&E, ICU, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide high-quality nursing care in diverse ward settings.
✅ Assess, plan, and implement patient care effectively.
✅ Administer medications and treatments safely.
✅ Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient well-being.
✅ Respond to emergencies and support critical care needs.
✅ Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to hospital protocols.

Requirements:

🔹 Registered Nurse (NMC PIN) - Band 5
🔹 Experience in acute, medical, surgical, or specialist wards (preferred).
🔹 Ability to adapt to different hospital environments.
🔹 Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights & weekends.
🔹 Up-to-date BLS/ILS training (desirable).
