• Registered Midwife with current NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a midwife, with a solid understanding of delivery, antenatal, and postnatal care.
• Excellent clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and able to provide holistic care.
• Confidence in leading and supporting a team of midwives, as well as managing complex births.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and nights.
