About the Safeguarding Team:
The Safeguarding Team plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and protection of children at risk. As a Senior Social Worker, you will:
Conduct assessments and interventions to safeguard children and families.
Manage a complex caseload, ensuring timely and effective responses.
Work closely with partner agencies, including schools, police, and health professionals.
Develop and implement child protection plans to promote stability and security.
Attend court proceedings, case conferences, and strategy meetings.
Offer support and guidance to junior team members.

What You Need:
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker.
Registration with Social Care England.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation, procedures, and best practices.
Excellent assessment and decision-making skills.
The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
