Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of complex adult safeguarding cases, working to protect vulnerable adults from harm, abuse, and neglect.
• Conduct risk assessments, implement safeguarding plans, and monitor the progress of cases.
• Collaborate closely with families, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure integrated and person-centered support.
• Advocate for the rights of adults at risk, upholding their dignity and independence.
• Keep accurate records and reports, ensuring all actions comply with council policies and statutory guidelines.

About You:

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
• Extensive experience in adult safeguarding and risk management.
• Knowledgeable in legal frameworks related to safeguarding adults, including the Care Act.
• Excellent communication, assessment, and collaborative working skills.
• Committed to promoting the rights, well-being, and safety of vulnerable adults.
