An exciting opportunity awaits an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a dynamic, pre-seed funded company on the cusp of Series A funding. This is a chance to make a significant impact from the ground up, working directly with experienced leadership who have a proven track record of success in high-growth environments.
Successful candidates require at least one year of experience within Sales, and/or a high growth environment. This is a hybrid role - in the Victoria office Monday and Tuesday, in or out of the office for the rest of the week.
The Role
- Generate new sales opportunities through crafting compelling messaging and engaging with potential customers.
- Experiment with and refine sales techniques to optimize conversion rates.
- Identify new sources of demand through outbound initiatives, such as targeted content or events.
- Qualify marketing leads, transitioning them into qualified sales leads.
- Achieve weekly sales targets of 3 meetings through proactive outbound efforts and inbound inquiries.
- Contribute to the development and execution of go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with the Growth Lead and CRO.
- Maintain meticulous organization and demonstrate proactive ownership.
- 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (sales or entrepreneurial experience preferred).
- Demonstrated success in achieving targets and overcoming challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to commit to at least two days a week in a central London office.
- Passion for go-to-market motions.
- Basic salary of £40k, with OTE taking your package up to £55,000.
