Role: Sales Executive - B2B
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 (DOE) + Commission
Location: Bristol - Hybrid
Role Summary:
This role has two primary responsibilities initially to research and contact companies that fit the ideal customer profile (ICP) to build a strong pipeline of opportunities. Secondly, to nurture from discovery to closed-won, meeting and exceeding a revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own revenue generating activities consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct proactive outreach activities such as direct calling, social media and email campaigns, to generate new business opportunities.
- Track and manage sales opportunities through each stage of the sales cycle, ensuring timely and effective progression.
- Partner with the wider Sales, Marketing and Product Teams to share learnings and work together to develop our offering and success in B2B.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience opening and closing mid-market B2B sales opportunities
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue outcomes through effective sales strategies
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g HubSpot)
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Effective negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset with the proven ability to identify opportunities, develop tailored
- Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Keen to learn, develop and open to feedback
