My client is a responsible builder that understands housing development isn't just about constructing modern homes with great specifications in desirable locations but creating sustainable homes and establishing new communities.
They have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive who is experienced working in a fast-paced house-building sales environment to join their Sales and Marketing team. They are recruiting Sales Executives for two new developments in Newcastle upon Tyre. They have exciting growth plans, and you will be instrumental in setting up the new sales and marketing suites and be part of a team delivering 300 high-quality new homes. The role will involve managing your own development, providing a professional, customer-focused service to all customers, potential and existing, as well as achieving sales and financial targets.
What they are looking for:
It is essential you hold a valid UK driving licence and access to a car.
Demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced house builder sales environment and selling new homes.
Exceptional customer service skills, sales excellence and negotiation skills.
The ability to work the advertised hours which include weekends.
