The Role
This is a brand-new position within an ambitious and innovative company, providing the chance to build and manage a sales team from the ground up. You'll be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, expanding the company's B2B, education, and local authority customer base, and ultimately driving the business forward. Key Responsibilities
- Develop & execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Engage with B2B, education, and local authority clients to expand the customer base.
- Drive sales of PC hardware, laptops, and components, leveraging your industry expertise.
- Identify new business opportunities and keep ahead of industry trends.
- Manage sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and sales processing.
- Develop strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Travel to clients as required to strengthen partnerships.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in selling PC hardware, laptops, and components - this is essential.
- A proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
- Experience in leading, managing, or mentoring a sales team.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with solid commercial awareness.
- A highly motivated and results-driven mindset.
- Technical literacy with a strong understanding of IT hardware.
