Sales Strategy Specialist

£23-25 per hour - 40 hours per week
Initial 6 month contract
Randstad are delighted to be working with a worldwide communications tech company, who are recruiting for a Sales Strategy Specialist to join their Sales Operations team, based in the City of London.
Main Duties:
- Drive business performance through reporting, analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- Develop and execute action plans, present insights to senior management, and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Support EMEA sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline analysis, and GTM strategy.
- Lead change management and annual planning for quotas and financial targets.
Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (MBA preferred) with experience in consulting, banking, or technology.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and communicate effectively with senior audiences.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and committed to business success.
