We're looking for a highly organised and experienced Scheduler to join a property maintenance team in Oldbury. You'll be a key player in ensuring customers receive a seamless and efficient service.

What you'll do:
- Work as part of a team to schedule and plan maintenance works in a cost-effective and organised way.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, arranging appointments with tradespeople.
- Handle resident queries, changing appointments, and rescheduling works.
- Log jobs onto our management system.
- Collaborate with supervisors and tradespeople to coordinate work schedules.
What's on offer:
- Full-time role (40 hours per week), Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
- Based out of Oldbury office.
- Salary of £26,000.
To be successful, you'll need:
- Experience working in a call centre environment.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines and targets.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
