Responsibilities:
Working on a reactive maintenance contract delivering repairs to tenants
Schedule and plan disrepairs, voids, and complex works in engineers diaries
Communicate effectively with direct operatives, subcontractors, and residents
Book in follow on/ pre and post inspection works
Diagnose complex repair cases, ensuring the correct engineer is sent
Prioritise and sequence maintenance tasks efficiently including emergencies
Ensure great customer service at all times
Qualifications:
Experience in housing ideally repair and maintenance
Basic building maintenance knowledge
Strong written English and computer skills
Good project management and communication skills
Passionate about service delivery and customer satisfaction
