We are seeking a dedicated and organised Admin Assistant to join our vibrant team at this school.
This is a full time position that is open to start ASAP and school hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Your role as an School Admin Assistant will include:
- Update manual and computerised record/information system
- Supervise the school's email inbox, ensuring certain emails get delivered to the appropriate staff member as needed and that the school responds to inquiries within the allotted period
- Manage and organise completed forms from parents/carers
- Report any issues with the school's IT systems
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Assist with organising meetings and events
- Keep records in accordance with the school's record keeping system
- Any other duties assigned to you by your line manager
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Previous admin assistant experience, preferably within a school environment
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
- 2 recent professional references
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach
- Right to work in the UK (Essential)
- Focus on the impact and outcomes of administration activities
