We are looking for an energetic, committed individual who is able to contribute to the ongoing development of the administrative office in this wonderful school.
The candidate will be expected to work from 8.00am-4.00pm, Monday to Friday and this is a full time role starting ASAP.

Your role as an School Administration will include:
- To receive deliveries liaising with the site team to distribute to the correct departments
- To co-ordinate the administration and registration of visitors to the school
- Deal with enquiries from parents, students and staff as appropriate
- Ensure messages are prioritised and passed on in a timely fashion
- Maintain good communications and working relationships with parents, contacting them as required promptly and efficiently
- To contact parents/guardians to report absence
- Support staff during assessment and reporting periods
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
- Proven ability to use a range of IT packages SIMS and ParentPay is a essential
- Must have a DBS on the update service
- Eligibility to work in the UK (Essential)
- Experience of working within a school
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding the need for confidentiality and attention to detail
- 2 recent relevant references
- Ability to prioritise own workload and identify problems that may require actions by others
- Commitment to promoting the ethos and values of the school and getting the best outcomes for all pupils
