They are looking for an enthusiastic and committed School Administrative Officer. This is a full time role starting ASAP and you will be expected to work from 8.30am-4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Your role as a School Administration will include:
- To provide administrative support, e.g. photocopying, typing and collation of pupils files
- To administer first aid (a first aid certificate is desirable but training can be provided)
- Support co-curricular administrative teams with parental and external facing communication systems
- Support facility checks and liaise with internal departments to ensure sports equipment and facilities are in good condition and arrange any repairs required
- Undertake general financial administration and maintain and track accurate and up-to-date records for all sports department expenditures
- To be responsible for maintaining the student database for all admissions, main school and nursery, with excellent knowledge and experience of SIMs
We are looking for someone with the below skills:
- Experience working in a similar role or within school environment
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated, attention to detail
- ICT competency in all Microsoft Packages, SIMS
- 2 recent professional references
- Support with school application support and DBS
- Candidate should be eligible to work in UK (Essential)
