We are seeking a dedicated and organised School Administrator to join our vibrant Primary and Secondary Schools community in Lancaster. As the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our school office.

Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Managing school correspondence, emails, and deliveries.
- Assisting with student registrations, enrolment, and maintaining student records.
- Supporting staff with administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
- Liaising with external stakeholders, including suppliers and contractors.
- Assisting with financial administration, including processing invoices and expenses.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a team.
Requirements:
- An Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this).
- Good knowledge of the UK national curriculum.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills.
