Pay rate: £13.50 - £16.00 per hour
Essential Requirements
... - Previous experience in a school or educational setting.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
- Experience using SIMS, Arbor, or similar school systems.

- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and school MIS systems (e.g., SIMS, Arbor).

Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, students, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance registers, and databases.
- Assist with the organisation of school events, meetings, and trips.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Provide administrative support to senior staff and teaching faculty.
- Monitor and report absences of staff and students.
- Maintain and update staff and student contact details.
- Provide general IT and technical support where needed.
- Support other administrative tasks as required by the school.
