We are seeking a committed, hardworking School Admission Officer with exceptional attention to detail. The role will start as soon as possible and the candidate will be expected to work 8:00am to 4:00 Monday to Friday.

Requirements for this role:
- Right to work in the UK (Essential)
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get new one
- 2 recent professional references
- Previous Admission Officer experience, preferably within a school environment
- Focus on the impact and outcomes of Admission activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach
Responsibilities of this position involve the following:
- Maintain accurate records of students and parents, manage databases and support admissions
- Manage databases related to admissions, medication, exclusions and lockers
- Assist with student welfare, first aid and medication administration
- Share best practices with the team, ensure effective handovers and protect the school's perceptions
- Support administration for parents evenings, open evenings and other key school events. Provide front of house support for these events.
- Assist with forms, document checking and student attendance.
- Provide clerical support such as photocopying, filing, emailing and form completion
- Organise medication, attendance, exclusions and deal with lost property and locker key issuance
- Ensure a business-like office environment and promote good relations with all staff
