We are looking for an Attendance and Admin Officer for a school in Lewisham. You would be the main person on the front desk working alongside other members of the admin team.
The working hours for this full-time employment are 8:00 am to 16:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Main responsibilities for this role:
- Manage arrangements for school trips and visitors
- Ensure visitors adhere to the school's policies and procedures
- Check all deliveries on day of delivery and file delivery notes in accordance with school procedures
- Carry out administrative duties in relation to admissions and transitions
- To manage the home visit list on a daily basis, determining which staff will carry out the visits
- Recording of staff attendance data and submitting relevant reports to the local authority
- Working closely with the Inclusion leaders, develop and implement policies and procedures to improve pupil attendance and to monitor their effectiveness
- Book training courses for staff and governors and maintain a training log
Required Skills for this role:
- An enhanced DBS check or willingness to get a new one
- Eligibility to work in the UK (Essential)
- Experience of working within a school environment
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Proven ability to analyse, use and present data
- 2 proven relevant references
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
