We are looking for experienced, motivated and enthusiastic administrative support to assist in the smooth running of the school office and ensure that the office staff present a smart, friendly and efficient point of contact for all visitors, pupils and staff.
The position is full time, timing 8:00am - 4:00pm from Monday to Friday.

Your key responsibilities as Attendance and Admissions Officer are to:
- Monitor attendance using the school MIS and ensure that all records are accurate and up-to-date
- Assist with senior management (SMT) requirements in a timely manner
- Ensure all registers are completed and no missing marks or unexplained absences remain
- Assist and check records prior to the census to ensure school attendance is accurate and up to date
- Support colleagues to produce reports regarding attendance, including attendance patterns, etc
- Oversee punctuality to promote a culture of timeliness among students
- Monitor the waiting list and communicate with parents and relevant stakeholders regarding in-year fair access and admissions processes
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Experience of school attendance or admissions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Proven ability to use a range of IT packages SIMS and ParentPay is a essential
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service
- 2 recent professional references
- Eligibility to work in the UK (This is Essential)
Successful candidates will be required to undertake an Enhanced and Barred Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
