The successful candidate will collaborate with students, parents, staff, and external agencies to promote regular attendance and address any barriers to consistent school participation.

- Attendance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyse attendance data to identify trends and address issues promptly.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and families to implement strategies that improve attendance rates.
- Intervention Development: Design and execute targeted interventions for students with persistent absenteeism.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate attendance records and generate reports for school leadership and relevant authorities.
- Policy Enforcement: Ensure adherence to school attendance policies and provide guidance on best practices.
What We Desire in a Candidate?
- Experience: Background in school administration, attendance management, SIMS.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge: Understanding of attendance-related legislation and best practices within the educational sector.
Mandatory Requirements:
- An Enhanced Child DBS only or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this).
- Legal right to work in the UK.
