We are seeking a dedicated and organised School Business Manager to join our vibrant team at this school.
School hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday and this is a full time position that is open to start ASAP.

Your role as a School Business Manager will include:
- Must be able to lead, develop and manage support services and non-curriculum activities to support the best possible outcomes for pupils 4-11 years
- To be an integral part of the leadership team of the School
- Formulate with the leadership team and governing body, in consultation with parents, staff and governors, the vision and overall aims and objectives of the school, developing policies and procedures to support this
- To have overall responsibility for management of all financial matters, including strategic planning, reporting, budgeting, systems and controls
- Must provide strategic leadership on other core business services including ICT, human resources, premises management, catering, lettings, extended day, security and health & safety, administration and operations to facilitate creating an outstanding educational environment for pupils
- In the absence of the Headteacher, take delegated responsibility for financial and other decisions
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Right to work in the UK is essential
- Enhanced child DBS on the up to date service or we can support in applying for a new one
- Recent experience working as an School Business Manager, preferably in a school setting
- Obtain 2 relevant professional references
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a focus on finding solutions
- Pay attention to the effects and results of business management tasks
